Hebba over at Jeepgirl17, gave me a sweet award, she said I make her smile. In the spirit of awards, I pass this along to Kcinnova, Knight and Dianne. These women remind me to be happy, be sassy and be strong.

You look lovely in the pink. Keep on keeping healthy, Reb.
Keep pestering them, Reb. It's the only way.
Keep pestering. Sheesh. (And start looking for a new doctor - that man is insensitive....among other things.)
I came by to see how you were and I get an award!! Thanks!!
just coming here is award enough (too sappy?) - but I mean it!
I just recently sat my primary care doc down and told him how his lack of attention made me feel. I asked him if he would prefer I look for someone else. Told him I would understand. I explained to him that I liked him, loved his staff and his office was close BUT he just wasn't paying enough attention and I didn't want to have to remind him each visit. I have a chronic issue at the moment so we'll need to be seeing each other often and if he wasn't going to be fully vested in my feelings then I needed to move on.
He was shocked LOL
His nurse told me later that my words had really gotten to him and that he told her he had been so consumed with insurance crap that he hadn't realized how distant he had gotten.
You deserve the best!!
Demand it!
Being proactive with your health is important! I wish your doctor was listening to your concerns, and since he doesn't seem to be, I have to agree that you might need to find a different doc.
Thank you so much for the award! I have passed it on to 3 other women, and changed my blog to pink for October.
Did you know you are inspiring others? You are!
I kinda like the pink.
And I would definitely keep pestering the doctor's office. It's their job to be pestered.
Hilary, thanks so much.
Leah, yes it is.
Sis, the only available Dr.s taking new patients are in the same clinic.
Dianne, thanks for the kind words. Good for you for telling your Dr.
Kcinnova, thanks for the kind words. I'll keep pestering him.
Jay, thanks. I will be pestering them in a few minutes.
YOU DESERVE THAT AWARD sweetie! YAY!
that's a good plan, Reb! Good luck!
Yikes! I lay low for a few days and you go and break a leg! I sure hope you get to feeling better soon! And yes, keep pestering them, you are the only person who you can trust to look out for your best interest. And thanks for the 411 on going pink...I did it too! :)
Wait, Knight? Me? THANKS! I was just telling Kcinnova I was doing a pink post tomorrow and now I have an award and story to go with it!
Now about your Dr. I have been through a ton of them and it isn't worth it to waste time with someone who isn't responsive or helpful. It's your health you are talking about. What could be more important?
And this new layout is hot! That is such a young thing to say but I felt it was fitting.
Aw Gary, thanks!
Thanks Janet.
FC, thanks. I am being a pest alright.
Yes, Knight, you! Unfortunately we have a bit of a Dr shortage here, so I'll just keep pestering. Hot is good! Nothing wrong with being young either.
Dang, how frustrating. Hope the folks at Dr.s office get their priorities straight and that you're leg is better before too long.
And pink looks good on you!
Crabby, yes, it sure is. Thanks.
you ARE pretty in pink.
thanks so much for coming by the other day...
Thanks Miz, I often lurk at your place.
First time visitor via Fortune Cookies. Love the pink!
Good luck with the doctor's office. Stay healthy.
Anndi, thanks for dropping by and the well wishes.
