Well, the big stuff is done.

Well, after a few grueling days of work, this is what we have to show for it.

We sieved a 16 Liter (4 Gal) bucket full of sand out of the rocks. Actually more, that is just the amount that we caught in order to use elsewhere. So, some niggle bits to do and finishing touches to add and we will be done. I will post photos when that happens.

Have a good weekend all.

Congratulations on getting the big stuff done. That looked like so much work.
My speakers aren't so great so I missed the bulk of your commentary, but I got the idea.
Good for you. Get some rest.

Thanks Leah. It may not be your speakers. The windows movie editor makes it sound buzzy. One day, I may be able to afford a real movie editor.

Reb,

I heard you loud and clear. Great video and quite an ambitious project. Can't wait to see the final version!

Nice job.

That's entirely more work than I would choose to do.

Terrie, thanks. Glad to know it sounds good on better speakers. I can hardly wait either.

Travis, I know exactly how you feel!

Wow, Reb. You folks did an incredible job. That's a lot of work but a wonderful result so far. Well done! And cool (easy to hear you) video.

Wow, what a lot of work, but with such wonderful results!

And it was great fun to hear your voice! Somehow, it was just as I imagined you looking and sounding like! :) (no, that is NOT a bad thing!!)

Hilary, thanks! My friend is very happy so far.

Kcinnova, thanks. I'm glad I met your expectations ;) We are all very happy so far.

That looks like a workout, even without hauling the wheelbarrow. Congrats on the progress!

That's some seriously hard work there. My back is aching just watching the video.

Reb said...

Britta, yes, it was, I was mostly on my knees pushing rock with my hands.

Jay, it my knees and arms actually that took the brunt of the work.

Great video, sis! (I watched it yesterday, but had to replay it this morning to catch everything you said!)
You three have done an awesome job! Very ambitious project.
So, now that you're all so experienced, wanna come do one for me?

Reb said...

Dianne, thanks it is lovely isn't it.

Gary, I've shown my self before Haven't I?

Thanks Sis. Very ambitious for sure. Um, no.

Nifty project Reb. Looking forward to seeing it when done.

So, what kind of fish will we be stocking?

Great video, it's so cool watching it come together! I can already tell the transformation is going to be amazing. I love the bridge & the bench.

You're a natural at the vlogging, Reb...it's fun seeing you. Love the purple bandana :)

Missicat, I am proud of getting the dishes done most days!

Frank, thanks. Um, mint julep & rose quartz?

Thanks Jo. My friends are the ones that picked everything out. As for the vlogging, I was going to cut out the "up the nose shot", but then the dialog would have been screwy!
