The school sign board, my old standby, has something going on and the date has a one in it.
Diamonds are everywhere, you just have to look for them, especially in ... parking lots?
This is over the emergency exit of the school gym, I think it is one of those hazardous materials diamonds - sweaty kids inside!
We all know that diamonds are a girls best friend, but these diamonds appeal to guys too. Yes, under all that snow there is a ball diamond, you can just see the tops of the benches.

These wee little princess cut diamonds are the real thing though and my favourite cut for a diamond.

Your diamonds are a lot prettier than mine, I must go home and clean them... and then every other photo was quite creative. Mine look so dull in comparison.

Sparkly is good, diamond or not. Those rings definitely have lots of fire to them! I like the diamond over the gym. I had the hardest time locating any diamond shapes around here. My city is diamond-bias or something. ;)

Speaking of cops, I almost went into a pawn shop and asked them if I could take a picture of some of their diamond rings. then I realized that they might consider that "casing the joint" and call the cops. I know I would.
That poor baseball diamond still covered in snow is so sad. haha ;-)

Well done post, Reb. The Edmonton Police Services shouldn't mind as the license plate was muddy. Most of them are okay. There were a whole bunch I had classes with at GMCC in the Law Enforcement and Correction program way back when.

Barbara, most of them are good guys, but they sometimes forget their sense of humour when they are working. I wiped the plate myself, no one needs to see that.
