I don't make resolutions, haven't for many a year, but maybe this year I will set some goals. The problem with that is every time I do, life slaps me up the side of the head. I'll keep it vague this time and just hope that I can improve my eating habits and get more exercise - I am afraid anything more than that and karma will kick my sorry butt.
So, here's to a New Year, may you all find health and happiness in the coming months.

I'm sure 2010 will be great for you, Cousin. Happy New Year.
Extra purrs to Sibu.
I wish you a blessed and Happy New Year.
Reb, have you been checked for sleep apnea? Getting diagnosed and fitted with a CPAP machine changed my life in April - seriously. I no longer fall asleep at random times throughout the day, no longer prop my eyes open with toothpicks while driving (figuratively speaking, of course - but that seemed to be the only thing that would work!), AND I have more energy.
Now to transfer that energy into exercise & good eating habits (I'm with you on that one)!
There is an article on goals up at The Women's Colony. Have you seen it?
And a big HAPPY NEW YEAR right back at you.
Happy New Year! I hope it's the best ever!
Wishing you all the very best for 2010, Reb.

Leah, purrs right back at you. Thanks I am sure yours will be too.
Messymimi, thank you.
Kcinnova, I think it might be thyroid, but, I will check the sleep too thanks. I'll check it out.
Thanks David.

Hilary, thanks.
Thanks Jay, you too.
Happy New Year, sis!
Love the champagne photo.
I hope this will be not only a better year, but a better decade for all of us!
Thanks Sis....from your lips (fingers)!
it must be different right? there's no other way. Also - have you tried a non-gluten diet? it worked for me when my energy was super low. look into it
Thanks Ben, I have been making a list of stuff to try, I'll add that.
I hope that this year brings you all the health, all the joy and happiness that you could dream of. I made a serious resolution to be more positive this year, no matter what life throws at me. No matter what we always tend to overcome the obstacles anyway, so might as well enjoy the whole ride! Happy New Year!!
Thanks Scott...you are so right!
