WWC - double duty

OOh! I think I did it this week! I managed to get four words in one photo! Last weeks words were "C" and Wood - this weeks words are "6" and Look Up.

So, you are Looking up at my new 6000 btu air Conditioner and the Wood filling the rest of the window.

We just put it in last night and I think it will keep my bedroom cool, which is about all you can ask out of it. This is my very first air conditioner and the only reason for it is that the school across the yard is getting it's roof re-tarred this summer and I would like to be able to breathe.

Of course, since we put it in, it has been rainy and cool...not enough rain of course, but that is how my life works ;)

If you would like to join the Weekly Word Challenge, drop by and visit Tink @ Pickled Beef, she will give you all the details.

You didn't think I would leave it at ONE photo did you?

This is my patient friend that drives me around to take photos. Of course if she actually looks at my blog (and today would be the day), she will kill me. I fuzzed out her face so that should be okay though. She fits into the six category and that is as close as I am going!

I liked the way the sun setting on this tree made the wood seem red.

Looking up.

"C"

That's all folks. Hope you enjoyed and have a good day.

Double duty (you & me both!) and while I thought I was doing a good job fitting 4 words into 3 pictures, you managed to do a 4-in-1. WOW! I think there should be an award for that!

I agree, that is lovely lighting on that tree. (I also agree that breathing is a good thing! A/C is my friend.)

Happy Tuesday! :)

Love the red tree! And glad you got an a/c - it should help make your life more pleasant (being able to breath generally does that!)

Those window units have gotten pretty fancy over the years. I remember an apartment I had back in college that had one. It had to be turned on and off manually. It didn't go off on it's own. And you could either set it for "cold" or "hot." Nothing in between.

Anyway, lots of great pics. The lighting on that tree is beautiful!

You have your own driver. That's impressive:)

I love that tree.. the colour is amazing. And aren't you crafty for managing one photo for all four prompts. Yes you are, but we already knew that. :)

Kcinnova, I was so happy when I realised everything worked out for the four words!

Leah, thanks. I like the tree too.

Gary, thanks.

Sis, we were sitting there and it was getting redder, so I had to get the shot before I lost it. Yes, the a/c should help.

Thanks Jay. Some of them are very fancy and they still make the ones that are just on or off.

David, having my own car would be more fun ;) I miss my car.

Thanks Hilary. I am crafty in sooo many other ways too ;)

I couldn't live without AC in Florida. I would probably melt away. :)

I really like the red tree photo. Great job this week.

A/C is a godsend in the summer.

Love the sun on the tree trunk with the light and dark effect.

Thanks Tink. You'd freeze your wings off here. Or they would dry up, we don't get the humidity or heat you get.

Thanks Dianne, just the right conditions and words.

Barbara, you forget how dry it is here. I'll only need it for a short while, but I will enjoy it.

Great job on getting all four words into one shot.

Hope you don't get killed this week.
