So, this is morning?

I hate insomnia!

On the other hand, I was able to get pretty sunrise photos and you can see the hoar frost.

Unfortunately, I have now been awake about 22 hours and I have to go to work in 4 hours! Somehow I don't think I will make it. Fortunately, I can call in relief.

Have a good weekend all.

Oh no, not again! You need to change your circadian rhythms again, do you?

That and quit screwing with the drugs ;)

Beautiful photos... and call in, you deserve it.

Hope the rest of your weekend goes well.

Thanks David. I did, although, I may still be awake then.

Beautiful Alberta morning sunshine. That's one of the things I miss, the daily sunshine no matter how cold it is.

Take care with your meds or insomnia may be the least of your problems.

Great pics. Are you still in Narnia?

Barbara, that is one of the reasons I won't leave here. Yes, I won't be changing them again anytime soon.

Leah, when my mind catches up, I am sure I will make the connection to that reference. Just had a lousy sleep so maybe tonight, I will actually get some real sleep.

Aww Reb, I know what that's like and I hope you get some decent sleep... like right now! It's a tough pattern to break but I sure hope it's only a brief bout.

Gorgeous shots.. I love the frost and sunshine combo.

Thanks Hilary. I hope it is temporary too.

So sorry to hear about the insomnia!

But at least you got those beautiful photos.

(So silly me, I thought maybe hoar frost had something to do with the bleach blond highlights that certain ladies of the evening apply to their hair--but this is much prettier to look at!)

Thanks Crabby. Yes, that's what I thought when I was a kid ;)

Lovely photos, Reb, so something good has come out of it. I do hope you called in and took a nap!
I'm never sure how much is my own dumb fault and how much is insomnia. But I do nap a lot...
I've got a sleep study scheduled for next Friday!

Kcinnova, I know some of it is my own dumb fault. My natural rhythm though is to be awake half the night and sleep the morning away. This won't work though if I want to get a real job.
