WWC: Sit & Fall

Wow! Two weeks in a row!

This week's words are Sit & Fall (double meaning).

John here wasn't interested in sitting.

See the little scarecrow sitting in the wreath?
I hope he doesn't fall.

This is a good spot for the students to sit in the fall for lunch.

Foggy Fall morning.

This is a good place to fall if you aren't careful.

Fall comfort food (Swiss Bison Steak - should have used it last week)

The Weekly Word Challenge can be found on several blogs, on Flickr and Facebook, check out my side bar for links.

Have a good day all.

Nummms on the bison stew, and excellent fog photo. I didn't realize you were so close to the Narnia exit.

Foggy mornings are so mysterious. They make me want to venture out and see if there is something that has changed beyond it all.

That stew wouldn't last 5 minutes with my hungry horde around here, although I might have gotten one extra lunch portion out of it.

Excellent pictures as always. I didn't know bison was available as food. Live and learn.

Messymimi, I agree, there is something special about fog. As for the stew, just me, so it lasts and lasts...

Terrie, it is and it is very lean. This is from my Sister, there are a couple of farms up that way. I happen to live walking distance from a store that sells only bison.

Great post, sis! Love the foggy fall photo.
And the stew does look great! (Good thing I just finished eating or I'd be tempted to hop in the truck....)

Really like the fog photo. Bison stew: you must provide the recipe.

Thanks Sis. I was very surprised when I opened the curtains and saw all the fog.

Barbara, thanks. I'll do that.

I love foggy photos. Particularly in autumn. I keep waiting and hoping one will happen here before we lose the leaves. Nicely done, as always, Reb.

Thanks Hilary. I was pleased with how it came out.

That stew looks delicious! Love the foggy shot too. Of course, I love fog, period. (Except when I get lost in it - which hardly ever happens.) :)

Reb said...

Thanks Frank. I know what you mean about being in a fog ;)

John? You named the gull John?!? I need the story behind that!!

Your bison stew looks delicious, and it even fits in with the Women's Colony orange post (from Monday)!

When I saw the larger version of the sunny bench, it really warmed me up after the chilly foggy morning! (And like Leah, I thought of Narnia, too!)

Kcinnova... Jonathan Livingston Seagull? Yeah, sick, I know! Yes, the sun on the bench was great after the fog ;)
