Late Wednesday Edition WWC: Fear & Four

First off , thank you all for your well wishes yesterday, I am feeling better. The Dr. said it isn't pneumonia it is more than likely viral and he gave me a prescription for prednisone - the dreaded steroid that helps, but what else does it do? Well, for starters, I am running on about three hours of sleep, have a raging headache and all of my arthritis is kicked into high gear. On the good side, I am coughing 75 % less and can breathe. Enough about me, you came to see photos.

The weekly word challenge is for the words Fear and Four this week, so I give you:

A whole lot of fours stop here

I live on four zero AV(e) don't know where the E went

Four uprights (yes, soccer)

This little guy has more than four colours and showed little fear of me.

You have to be fearless to do this job.

I was playing a game - can you find fear? Yeah, pretty easy.

The WWC is brought to us by the fearless Tink of Pickled Beef (usually on Tuesdays). if you would like to see other submissions click the link on my side bar. If you would like to join in the fun, drop by and Tink will give you all the details.

Have a great day.

Well done. I am not fearless and worker on the brick wall ( or whatever it was) has my respect.
Good job on finding ways to express the words.
And I'm glad you are breathing.

I'm glad you're on the mend, but hope your other ailments settle down soon.

I guess one of those more-than-four colours on the pigeon wasn't yellow. ;)

Reb said...

Thanks Gary, I do already.

Leah, thanks. They are tarring the roof - something I wouldn't want to do either.

Hilary, nothing a little Advil didn't take care of. Sure why not?

Reb said...

Hilary - I'm slow...nope no yellow on the pigeon! lol

I wish pigeons would show a little more fear of people. Cause they kind of scare me. LOL

Great pics! Glad you're feeling better. ;-)

Great pictures, sis. Glad to hear you're feeling better - hope you don't have to take the prednisone for too long!

Reb said...

Jay, I can understand that, they are flying rats after all ;) Thanks.

Sis, thanks. Only 5 days.

Great pics, and sorry to hear the prednisone is messing with your sleep and head and arthritis! Hope things get back to normal soon. Being able to both breathe and sleep doesn't seem like a lot to ask!

Reb said...

Thanks Crabby. I don't think it's a lot to ask ;)

Late Yay! It makes me feel better about how late I usually am.

Great job, late notwithstanding!

Thanks Jackie, I was going to wait until next week, then decided not to.

I hope you feel better soon too. Chicken soup and all that. :)

Nice pictures, tar and roofs, both not fun. (My boss did that in college and has some f'ed up stories about it.)

The word game, that was cool. Nice job.

Reb said...

Thanks G-man. Yeah, not something I would want to do.

You better now? I hope so! Love the scrabble shot :-)

Fear is next to FB. I don't fear facebook, but it DOES eat up time (sometimes worse than blogging).
Breathing is important! Bring on the steroids! Better living through chemicals! (Said by someone who just spent nearly 2 weeks on Vicodin)

Reb said...

janet, no, it's back ;(

Kcinnova, I just hate the steroids though.

Soon you'll feel much better. Make sure you drink plenty of water to keep well hydrated. I get more asthma in the summer months if I don't drink enough liquid.
