Sibu out enjoying the spring grass.
I have had to take his harness in about an inch on both straps, he has lost that much weight. I don't think he will be with me for very much longer as he feels like nothing so much as fur and bone. So far, he still seems to be happy though so, it will be another few days, maybe weeks before we go to the vet again.
Have a good weekend all.

Oh, Reb, I am so sorry about Sibu's decline....
I suppose it's a testament to the power of blogging friendships: I'm crying about a cat I've never met.
Good for him enjoying the world while he can.
It's sad that he is declining. Treasure his company while you can. You will know when it's time to let go, and, although you will be sad, you will have your memories. (And, dare I say, no litter box to clean. Looking for the silver lining. Did it work?)
Thank you Karen. I didn't mean to make you cry....maybe we should have that girl's night out you need?
Leah, he spends a lot of time sleeping or in my lap, face, under foot or beside my chair. I am glad that he does want to go out now that it is warmer.
Thanks Sis. Yes, I think I will know. He doesn't seem to be in any pain, so that is one good thing. I I do kind of look forward to not having to clean a litter box, but not enough to rush it.
Hugs to both of you, may you enjoy a beautiful spring together, and much more.
Bone and fur, that Old Cat feeling. Sometimes they last a long while at that stage. [virtually petting Sibu]

Messymimi, Thanks. I hope so too.
Mary Anne, some days I think he is fine, others, not so much. Thanks.
Oh no, sorry your Sibu isn't doing well Reb. What an amazing relationship the two of you have.
Poor Sibu and poor you. You will indeed know when the time is right... neither too soon nor too late. Please give Sibu a gentle scratch behind the ears for me. And hugs to you.
Thanks Jo, we do.
Hilary, I hope so. He purrs back at ya ;)
