Photo Finish Friday: Edmonton Clinic

South
North

These two buildings are the new Edmonton Clinic at the U of A. It is to be a place for learning, research and patient care. The video on their website talks as though they are one building, but, there is an historical building (the old nurses residence) they couldn't tear down between the two.

Have a good weekend all. PFF is the brainchild of Leah at The Goat's Lunch Pail.

Nice angles for your photos. Glad they left the historic building between.

Messymimi, thanks, so am I.

Mary Anne, thanks. It is cool to see the ultra modern next to the very old (well for western Canada).

Sis, I would have been surprised if anyone had let them tear it down.

Thanks Scott. I am pleased with the job they are doing.

Dianne, it is huge! Thanks.

Oh nice colours and lines. City architecture can be so dull these days. Nice to see something interesting.

Thanks Hilary, you are right about it usually being dull.
