Photo Finish Friday

Keeping an eye on the trail!

From back in October when we went for a walk in the dog park.

PFF is the brainchild of my cousin Leah over at The Goat's Lunch Pail.

Have a good weekend all.

I love the way roots, like veins, run.

Have a great weekend, Reb.

Love the roots and one of these weeks I need to participate in this.

Thanks David. I do too, except, you have to keep an eye on them ;)

Thanks Travis. You should, I think Leah would be thrilled.

Tree eyes. Much cooler than cypress knees.

Ha, thanks Messymimi!

That tree is just resting beside the path, right? As soon as you walkers get out of sight it's going to pull up its roots and scramble off somewhere else?

That tree looks a little sinister, like it has evil plans for any passersby...

I would love to write a short story based on that amazing photo one day Reb. So so so cool!

Karen, that one and all his siblings too! I swear those roots jump up if you are not watching them just to trip people ;)

Scott, that would be so cool! Go ahead and take the photo if you would like ;)

I adore trees, I find them to be kindred souls
their bare limbs are my favorite and then their exposed roots
wonderful photo

I've been meaning to tell you - when your blog first opens that amazing cat face fills the screen and always makes me smile

Aw, Thanks Dianne. He makes me smile all the time. I love trees too, I feel that if only I could listen correctly, I would hear stories.

This tree looks as though it would be at home in a Harry Potter story.

Barrie, I think you are right ;)
