Carmi at Written Inc hosts the Thematic Photographic and this week is "Floral". As I live in the frozen north, this is from my archive from last July. It is also my favourite flower photo from the summer.

    it is a beautiful soft color. Wouldn't you just love to decorate your bathroom or kitchen around a day lily?

    I lost the hook on part of my tripod --- so my photos have gotten a bit shaky lately.

    Thank goodness flowers sit still (unless the wind is blowing)
