Photo Finish Friday: Spring cleaning

I noticed our neighbours were back last week, pulling out the old, getting ready for the new season. Too bad there is still about two feet of snow on the ground!

Have a good weekend all.

PFF is the brainchild of my cousin Leah over at The Goat's Lunch Pail.

  1. I'm having a little trouble imagining 2 feet of snow on the ground... maybe because our daffodils are getting ready to bloom?
The very best sound this week has been the singing of the birds. Such sweet music!

  2. Good for the sparrows for tackling the work so soon. Good pic, Cousin.

  3. If we had two feet of snow on the ground, I would just sit down and cry. ;-)

  4. Nice to hear you're having a normal winter/spring. TO is basking in 13C sun.

I love to watch birds at their nest building.

  5. Karen, it is a slow melt this year. We need the moisture though.

Leah, thanks. I am glad they are there.

Jay, we just don't think about it... or we'd all wind up living elsewhere ;)

  6. Thanks Barbara. I would rather all the snow was gone, but we do need the moisture. Lovely sunny day here today.

  7. Those are the best neighbours to have, aren't they?

Enjoy the spring as it creeps in day by day.

  15. I just saw the biggest, longest flock of my life heading your way a few days ago. They were about 50/75 wide and the line went on for at least 15 or 20 minutes. It made me wonder if some kind of natural disaster was coming.

  16. Dawn, thanks. The neighbour put it up when they moved in.

Scott, lets hope it is just the usual spring migration :)
